Well done to these boys and girls who created costumes based on the theme “Save Our Planet” Oct 23rd. Over €650 was raised for school funds on the day so well done everybody!!!!¬
Room 28 were busy trying out a new painting technique this month. We decorated an A3 page full of patterns. We coloured the patterns using oil pastels. We then painted over our patterns with black paint. We scratched in Halloween more »
6th class had lots of fun creating these by using straws and paint. They blew the paint by using the straws to create their crazy hairstyles.
6th class worked in groups/pairs, some worked individually to create some very interesting projects e.g. Shakira, Irish Dancing, Coca-Cola and many more. They enjoyed presenting them to the class and we all learned a lot from each one.
The pupils were very busy drawing skeletons and using oil pastels to add detail. Happy Halloween!!🎃😀
6th class enjoyed working with clay to create their monster pinch pots. Some look very scary indeed!!😀
We decorated the classroom door at the beginning of September. We can look at this every morning for inspiration.
Second class, room 10 combined their science and art lesson this week and learned about Chromatography. Once we completed our experiment, we used what we learned to create these wonderful Hallowe’en pictures. Look at all the fabulous colours!
