Best of luck to St Fiacc’s hurling team who take on Stradbally this Wednesday at 12.30pm in Ballylinan in the Laois Cumann na mBunscol Semi Final.
Our 6th class students created a wonderful display for the Sacred Space area in the lobby. As May is the month of our Lady, we will pray to her for help and guidance this month at Assembly every Friday.

Well done to our two girls’ teams who competed in this week’s 5-a-side soccer blitz. The A team were County Finalists while the B team acquitted themselves well. Thanks to Miss Scully and Miss Walsh for arranging.
At Assembly today we awarded prizes to authors and Artists against Bullying! Of course we also celebrated our Students of the week and Gaeilgeoiri na Seachtaine.
First class were very lucky to receive six weeks of GAA coaching from Pat Timmons. The children learned a variety of GAA skills and had a brilliant time at each session.
Well done to our boys and Mr Nolan who participated in the FAI 5-a-side soccer today.
